We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), billing information processed through Stripe, and API usage data (endpoints called, credits consumed, timestamps).
We use your information to:
API requests are processed in real-time and not stored beyond what is needed for usage tracking. Request and response bodies are not logged. Only metadata (endpoint, status code, credits used, timestamp) is retained for billing and analytics purposes.
Usage logs are retained for 90 days. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for authentication and data storage, and AWS for API infrastructure. Each of these services has their own privacy policies.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted API key storage, HTTPS for all communications, and role-based access control for team accounts.
