By accessing and using the TexAu API platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
TexAu provides API-based data enrichment services including LinkedIn profile enrichment, company enrichment, people search, email finding, and email verification. Access is provided through API keys with a credit-based billing system.
You agree to use the API in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activities that occur under your account.
Credits are consumed based on API usage. Credit costs vary by endpoint. Only successful API calls (2xx responses) are billed. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Each customer is subject to rate limits of 100,000 calls per month per API endpoint. Exceeding these limits will result in 429 status code responses. Contact us for custom rate limit arrangements.
You may not use the API to:
TexAu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
